Destinación de remanentes . Si al término de la liquidación quedaran activos remanentes, los mismos serán entregados al Fondo de Pensiones Públicas del Nivel Nacional, Fopep, o al Fondo de Bonos Pensionales, según corresponda. Con tal propósito, el Gerente Liquidador ordenará la entrega de tales remanentes.
