Los Jueces y Magistrados enviarán a la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil copia de la parte resolutiva de las sentencias en las cuales se decrete la interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes a su ejecutoria, para que las cédulas de ciudadanía correspondientes sean dadas de baja en los censos electorales. Si no lo hicieren incurrirán en causal de mala conducta, que se sancionará con la perdida del empleo.
