Facúltase al presidente de la República, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1960, para organizar el Consejo Nacional de Salarios, proveer a las asignaciones de sus miembros, crear el personal subalterno que necesite, señalar el sistema de elección de los delegados de asalariados, empleadores y pensionados, y organizar las agencias regionales o Consejos Seccionales de Salarios que estime conducentes a los fines de esta Ley.
