Compensación en dinero. Las vacaciones podrán ser compensadas en dinero exclusivamente cuando el servidor se retire del servicio sin haberlas disfrutado. Los servidores que se retiren definitivamente de la entidad sin que hubieren causado las vacaciones por año cumplido, tendrán derecho a que estas se les reconozcan y compensen en dinero proporcionalmente por el tiempo efectivamente trabajado.
