Artículo primero. Autorizase a las Aduanas del país para aceptar Manifiestos de Exportación, sin el requisito de licencia previa, para muestras no homogéneas que se declaren sin valor comercial, de productos y artículos que se produzcan o elaboren en el país, con destino al fomento de las exportaciones de que trata el Decreto número 230 del 25 de septiembre del año en curso.
