Retiro Por Declaratoria De Vacancia Del Cargo En Caso De Abandono Del Mismo

ARTICULO 42. RETIRO POR DECLARATORIA DE VACANCIA DEL CARGO EN CASO DE ABANDONO DEL MISMO. El abandono del cargo se produce cuando un empleado, sin justa causa

1.

No reasume sus funciones al vencimiento de una licencia, permiso, vacaciones o comisión.

2.

Deje de concurrir al trabajo por tres (3) días consecutivos.

3.

No concurra al trabajo antes de serle concedida autorización para separarse del servicio o en caso de renuncia antes de vencerse el plazo de que trata el presente Decreto.

4.

Se abstenga de prestar el servicio antes de que asuma el cargo quien ha de reemplazarlo.
