El censo electoral estará integrado por la totalidad de los afiliados con derecho a elegir y ser elegidos, que hayan renovado su afiliación al treinta y uno (31) de marzo del año de las elecciones y se encuentren a paz y salvo, de acuerdo con la forma de pago establecida en el reglamento de afiliados de la respectiva cámara.
