Art. 7º. El incendio voluntario en cualquier forma, y el uso de explosivos, no siendo en acción de guerra y en la forma permitida por el Derecho de Gentes, se castigará con la pena de muerte. En igual pena incurrirán los autores de tentativa de este delito.
