Período . Los representantes indicados en los numerales 9, 10, 11 y 12 del artículo 46 de la Ley 640 de 2001 tendrán un período de dos (2) años.

Parágrafo

Cuando, por cualquier circunstancia, la persona que ejerza como representante ante el Consejo Nacional de Conciliación y Acceso a la Justicia, deje de ejercer el cargo o pierda la vinculación con la entidad que lo designó como su representante ante el Consejo, será reemplazado siguiendo el mismo procedimiento señalado para cada caso. El mismo procedimiento se aplicará cuando el Consejo Nacional de Conciliación y Acceso a la Justicia retire o excluya a algún miembro por causas legales o reglamentarias.
