Las cantidades que por esta Ley se destinan serán entregadas al Gobernador de Nariño en dos contados iguales en los meses de febrero y agosto de 1929, y este funcionario a su vez los pondrá a las órdenes de las Juntas Directivas, por partes iguales, de las Sociedades favorecidas, quienes rendirán cuenta de la inversión de la Auditoria Seccional de la Contraloría General de la Republica.
