Indemnizaciones. Los empleados públicos de carrera desvinculados del Ministerio, establecimientos públicos o unidades administrativas especiales, como consecuencia de su reestructuración, tendrán derecho a optar por ser incorporados a empleos equivalentes o a recibir la indemnización consagrada en la Ley 443 de 1998, los Decretos Reglamentarios 1572 y 1568 de 1998 y las normas que los modifiquen o sustituyan.
