ARTICULO 4o. La incorporación de los funcionarios a la planta de personal establecida en el artículo segundo del presente decreto se hará a más tardar el 3 de enero de 1994. Dichos funcionarios devengarán la remuneración que les correspondía en la anterior planta de personal, hasta el día en que tomen posesión del cargo en la nueva planta de personal.
