º . Para el reconocimiento y pago del subsidio de que trata el artículo anterior, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural suscribirá convenios con las Instituciones Financieras que se acojan a este Programa, en los cuales se establecerán las condiciones para el otorgamiento de dicho subsidio y se señalará la metodología para determinar el valor actual de la respectiva deuda y el valor presente de acuerdo con las condiciones estipuladas.
