Artículo sexto. Declárase vigente para la República de Colombia, desde el 6 de noviembre de 1976, el "Convenio para el Transporte Aéreo entre la República Federal de Alemania y la República de Colombia", suscrito en Bogotá el 25 de noviembre de 1968, aprobado por la Ley 21 de 1976 y efectuado el Canje de los Instrumentos de Ratificación el 6 de octubre de 1976.
