Alcance del Mantenimiento de Emergencias. Se refiere a la ejecución de las actividades, intervenciones y las obras de que tratan los artículos 12 y 63 de la Ley 1682 de 2013, necesarias para dar respuesta a las emergencias en infraestructura de transporte, las cuales solo se efectuarán con el objeto de restablecer el tránsito u operación en condiciones de seguridad.
