En los casos en que se ordene la devolución del café aprehendido, la entidad que recibió la participación efectuará la entrega del porcentaje recibido a la persona que se autorice en el acto administrativo que así lo disponga, previa solicitud del beneficiario. En este evento, la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales entregará únicamente al interesado; el precio de la venta recibido del Fondo Nacional del Café.
