º . Toda persona natural o jurídica que demuestre ser propietaria de un vehículo que haya sido objeto de los delitos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, o que se haya subrogado en los derechos de uno de éstos, y así lo demuestre, podrá solicitar su entrega ante la Subdirección de Fiscalización de la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales. La solicitud de entrega se podrá formular por si mismo, o por conducto de apoderado legalmente constituido o por intermedio del funcionario consular o diplomático designado por el Gobierno Venezolano para estos efectos.
