º. Ampliación del plazo. Cuando en los concursos del sistema específico de carrera no se inscriban candidatos o ninguno de los inscritos cumpla los requisitos, deberá ampliarse el plazo de inscripciones por un término adicional no inferior a cinco (5) días y el correspondiente aviso deberá publicarse y divulgarse de acuerdo con lo establecido en el Decreto-ley 775 de 2005. Si agotado el procedimiento anterior no se inscribiere ningún aspirante, el concurso será declarado desierto.
