ARTICULO 113 . COMPETENCIA A PREVENCIÓN. Cuando un servidor de la Institución cometa una falta en jurisdicción de una unidad policial distinta a la que pertenece, el Comandante del Departamento donde se cometió la falta iniciará la investigación disciplinaria, debiendo remitirla al superior funcional del investigado dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes.
