- FACULTADES CONSTITUCIONALES DEL PROCURADOR. Lo dispuesto en el presente Título {Título V, Ley 104 de 1993}, se aplicará sin perjuicio de las facultades que ejerce el Procurador General de la Nación, en virtud de lo dispuesto por el numeral 1o. del artículo 278 de la Constitución Política (Ley 104 de 1993, art. 119.
