Quiénes pueden sufragar. En las elecciones funciones propias de las Cámaras de Comercio para Directores de las Cámaras de Comercio tendrán derecho a sufragar las personas cuya inscripción en el registro mercantil esté vigente el 31 de mayo del año en que se deba efectuar la elección. Las personas jurídicas votarán por medio de su representante legal debidamente inscrito ante la respectiva Cámara.
