ARTICULO 1o . Ordénase la emisión, a través del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público de títulos de deuda pública interna de la Nación, Títulos de Tesorería, TES, Clase B, hasta por la suma de dos billones cien mil millones de pesos ($2.100.000.000.000) moneda legal colombiana, destinados a financiar apropiaciones del Presupuesto General de la Nación de la vigencia fiscal de 1995.
