Adiciónese Un Parágrafo Al Artículo 577 Del Decreto 390 De 2016, El Cual Quedará Así: “ Parágrafo

Parágrafo

al artículo 577 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

La liquidación oficial de corrección por parte de la autoridad aduanera también procederá, previa solicitud del declarante, para liquidar un menor valor por concepto de derechos e impuestos a la importación, sanciones y/o rescate. La solicitud deberá presentarse dentro del término de firmeza de la declaración aduanera, acompañada de los documentos que justifican la petición. Cuando se trate de correcciones para hacer valer un tratamiento preferencial, conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 161 de este decreto, aplicará el término aquí previsto, salvo que el acuerdo comercial establezca un término diferente”.
