El arrendador o la persona autorizada para recibir el pago del arrendamiento estará obligado a expedir comprobante escrito en el que conste la fecha, la cuantía y el período al cual corresponde el pago. En caso de renuencia a expedir la constancia, el arrendatario podrá solicitar la intervención de la autoridad competente.
