Cuando el valor de lo hurtado sea inferior a doscientos pesos, y las circunstancias personales del responsable no revelen una mayor peligrosidad, puede el Juez reducir la pena hasta la sexta parte del mínimo correspondiente y sustituir el arresto a la prisión.
