Los Magistrados, los Jueces, o los funcionarios jefes de oficina que acepten cualquier solicitud o gestión suscrita o patrocinada por quien no pueda hacerlo, serán penados disciplinariamente con multas hasta de doscientos pesos ($200) por la primera y segunda vez, y con la pérdida del cargo y de las prestaciones que pudieran corresponderles, por la tercera vez; sanciones que, de oficio o a petición de cualquier persona, deberá imponer el respectivo superior.
