° Para acreditar la aptitud profesional, el interesado deberá someterse a un examen que será practicado por una Junta integrada por un representante del MInisterio de Salud Pública, otro designado por el Rector de la Universidad Nacional de Colombia, y un tercero, por el MInisterio de Educación Nacional. Dichas Juntas actuarán en cada una de las capitales de Departamento, Intendencias y Comisarias, en las respectivas Direcciones de Higiene y por el tiempo necesario para cumplir su cometido.
