º . Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil. A partir del 1º de enero de 2000 la remuneración mensual del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil será de cinco millones ochocientos setenta mil noventa y ocho pesos ($5.870.098) m/cte., distribuidos así: Asignación básica: $2.113.235 Gastos de representación: $3.756.863 La Prima Especial de Servicios, sin carácter salarial, a que se refiere el artículo 15 de la Ley 4ª de 1992, es aquella que sumada a los demás ingresos laborales, iguale a los percibidos en su totalidad por los Miembros del Congreso, sin que en ningún caso los supere. Esta reemplaza en su totalidad y deja sin efecto cualquier otra prima, con excepción de la prima de navidad.
