DEFINICION. Para los efectos pertinentes, dentro del ámbito del presente decreto se denomina "AUTORIDAD EVALUADORA", al oficial en servicio activo que, dentro de la estructura orgánica de la unidad, dependencia o repartición, sea el inmediato superior del evaluado, responsable de su dirección, control y progreso.
