Apruébase el "Convenio Sanitario Veterinario entre el Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República Socialista de Rumania", firmado en Bogotá el 12 de septiembre de 1973, cuyo texto es:

CONVENIO SANITARIO VETERINARIO ENTRE EL GOBIERNO DE LA REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA Y EL GOBIERNO DE LA REPUBLICA SOCIALISTA DE RUMANIA

El Gobierno de la República de Colombia y el Gobierno de la República Socialista de Rumania, con el deseo de garantizar el estado sanitario de los animales, productos y subproductos de origen animal que pudiesen ser objeto de futuras transacciones comerciales, han acordado:
