Art. 2.º El beneficio que por el artículo anterior se concede, empezará á surtir sus efectos desde la sancion de la presente ley ; y, en consecuencia, el crédito correspondiente se tendrá por incluido en el Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia en curso.
