ARTICULO 1º Apruébanse los estatutos del Banco de Colombia adoptados por su Junta Directiva en sesión del 25 de abril de 1986, según consta en Acta 3553, cuyo texto es el siguiente: " La Junta Directiva del Banco de Colombia, según lo dispuesto por el artículo 14 del Decreto legislativo número 2920 de octubre 3 de 1982, y el artículo 3º de la Resolución ejecutiva 02 de 10 de enero de 1986, Resuelve:
