º. El Banco de la República, dentro de un cupo especial equivalente al capital pagado y reserva legal del mismo, podrá adquirir y poseer "Bonos de la Empresa Siderúrgica Nacional de Paz de Río, S. A.", emitidos en conformidad con el artículo 7º del Decreto 4051 de 1949, y demás disposiciones concordantes.
