Se castigara con prisión de uno a seis meses al que desgarre o ultraje en un lugar público o abierto al público la bandera u otros emblemas de una nación extranjera, con el fin de mostrar menosprecio por ella.

Para proceder en este caso se necesita la queja del Gobierno respectivo.
