Destínase por todo el tiempo que sea necesario, para la ejecución de las obras mencionadas, la mitad del 25 por 100 del producto de la Aduana de Tumaco que la Ley número 43 de 1909 aplicó á la constiucción de la carretera del Sur, en el Departamento de Nariño, con un 5 por 100 más del producto de dicha Aduana, que se dividirá por igual entre las obras del puerto y las de la carretera.
