Contenido general del Código de Conducta y Buen Gobierno. El Código de Conducta y Buen Gobierno de las entidades deberá contener como mínimo reglas sobre los siguientes aspectos:

a)

Inclusión del Código de Conducta y Buen Gobierno en el diseño organizacional;

b)

Orientación de la gestión de la entidad hacia los grupos de interés;

c)

Prestación de servicios de salud de conformidad con las normas vigentes en materia de garantía de la calidad;

d)

Responsabilidad social y medio ambiental;

e)

Seguimiento y evaluación a los directivos de la entidad;

f)

Declaración y manejo de conflictos de interés.
