Si las Juntas Seccionales no cumplen lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, o retardan, sin causa justificativa, la iniciación de los procedimientos aludidos, la Junta Central de Títulos Veterinarios impondrá a los miembros de las Juntas Seccionales multas sucesivas de $ 20 a $ 50, que ingresarán al Tesoro Nacional y que se cobrarán por el respectivo Administrador de Hacienda Nacional.
