Art. 18. En los primeros quince dias de cada mes, las oficinas de los Guarda-parques nacionales serán visitadas, en la capital de la República por el Director de la Contabilidad general; y en los demás puntos, por la primera autoridad política del lugar en que se hallo el Parque.
