Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo para que en vista de las cuentas y comprobantes respectivos reconozca a favor de los herederos del doctor Clímaco Calderón el crédito proveniente de las cantidades que resulte fueron enterada en la caja del Consulado de Nueva York, recaudadas por el doctor Calderón, que forman parte de los fondos públicos del Consulado por pertenecer exclusivamente al ex-Cónsul doctor Calderón, y que éste no hubiere retirado o que posteriormente no se le hubiere devuelto.
