El aumento de sueldos de que trata el -2° del artículo 19 de la Ley 11 de 1905, "sobre asignaciones de algunos empleados nacionales," se pagará en la siguiente forma, á juicio del Gobierno: cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) del 1°de Mayo en adelante, y cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) del 1° de Septiembre en adelante.

Dada en Bogotá, á catorce de Abril mil novecientos cinco.
