º . Adiciónase en la clasificación de empleos del Area de Dirección Superior del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad con la siguiente denominación y nomenclatura de empleo: AREA DIRECCION SUPERIOR Denominación Código Grado Director Técnico u Operativo 0100 18 12

Parágrafo

Las denominaciones y nomenclatura a que se refiere el presente artículo y el artículo 3º del Decreto 371 de 1994, corresponden a las del sistema General de que trata el Decreto 1042 de 1978 y las normas que lo modifican y adicionan; y el grado del empleo a la escala salarial del Decreto 42 de 1994.
