Independientemente de las demás sanciones legales, el empleado que hace la visita debe imponer breve y sumariamente una multa de diez a cincuenta pesos, a virtud de queja del interesado, y aun de oficio, al Magistrado o Juez por cada demora en que haya incurrido en el mes.
