Art. 14. El Archivo diplomático y consular es reservado por su naturaleza. A esta oficina no tienen acceso sino les empleados que lo sirven y los superiores de la Secretaría, Todo informe que los particulares desearen obtener de él, lo pedirán al Secretario directamente y éste los dará por conducto del Oficial Mayor.
