Carteras colectivas escalonadas . Son aquellas caracterizadas porque la redención de las participaciones sólo se puede realizar una vez transcurran los plazos que para el efecto se hayan determinado previamente en el reglamento. El plazo mínimo de redención de las participaciones en una cartera colectiva escalonada no podrá ser inferior a treinta (30) días comunes.
