La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, como mandataria de la Nación, queda autorizada para prospectar y realizar las obras de irrigación, desecación y drenaje en los terrenos de que trata el artículo anterior y para administrar el sistemas de regadío, con los recursos y según las modalidades de esta Ley.
