Sin perjuicio de las compensaciones a que haya lugar, los créditos del beneficiario contra el asegurador, en los seguros de vida tendrán el orden de preferencia asignado a los créditos de primera clase, a continuación de los del fisco, y los valores de cesión o de rescate se excluirán de la masa.
