ARTICULO 110 . ESTIMULOS. Los estímulos que pueden concederse al personal del Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, son

a)

Felicitación escrita;

b)

Distintivos de buena conducta;

c)

Menciones y nombramientos honoríficos;

d)

Permisos especiales;

e)

Condecoraciones;

f)

Asignación de cursos de especialización en establecimientos educativos nacionales o extranjeros;

g)

Premios en dinero o en especie con fondos de los programas de Bienestar Social.
