Observación criminalistica del lugar de los hechos. Inmediatamente tenga conocimiento de la comisión de un hecho punible y en los casos en que ello sea procedente, el funcionario de inves tigación el de Policía Judicial, se trasladará al lugar de los hechos y lo examinará minuciosa, completa y metódicamente con el fin de descubrir todos los elementos de evidencia física que tiendan a demostrar la realidad del hecho y señalar el au tor o cómplices del mismo.
