Reorganízase el cuerpo de empleados de Intendencia Militar de que trata el artículo 5.° de la Ley 22 de 1909 , en la forma siguiente: un Intendente General, con carácter de General de Brigada; tres Intendentes Militares, uno para cada División, con carácter de Teniente Coronel; cinco Contadores Mayores, dos para el Ministerio de Guerra y tres para las Divisiones, cada cual con carácter de Mayor, y veinte Contadores primeros, con el carácter de Capitanes, para los Cuerpos de tropa.
