Cualquier persona podrá denunciar ante las autoridades las infracciones por ejercicio ilegal de la abogacía de que tenga conocimiento. El funcionario público que tuviere conocimiento de una de ellas está en la obligación de denunciarla al Juez competente y si es este quien por cualquier medio tiene noticia de la infracción, deberá iniciar de oficio el proceso correspondiente.
